Agnes Rodriguez, Director of Aging and Disability Programs



Agnes Rodriguez serves as the Director of Aging and Disability Programs at United Community Center where she oversees the Adult Day Care, Senior Center, Latino Geriatric Center (Memory Clinic), Senior Living Facilities, Transportation program and the Family Care Program-Care Management Unit. Agnes has over a decade of care management experience and enjoys working for the elderly and adults with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities; and their families. 

She has been part of the agency since 2014 when she started as a Care Manager in the Family Care Department. Through her dedication and leadership, she quickly rose to the position of Lead Care Manager Supervisor in 2017; and Program Manager in 2022.

Agnes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Puerto Rico Pontifical Catholic University.

On a personal level, Agnes enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys visiting her family in Puerto Rico.
